Our main area of coverage is Surrey. We will consider work further afield depending on the size of the project.

We will meet with you to discuss your project at whatever stage it is at. We can recommend architects and structural engineers or are happy to work with your chosen representatives. You may have a clear concept and know what you want but wish to burden of managing your project passed to others. You may need more guidance and come to us for ideas and inspiration. Whatever level of support you need and whatever the size of the project, we will manage your project with the same commitment.

LUIS GONZALEZ

Luis founded LGBD in 1993. Luis is the principal project manager on-site directing trades, sourcing materials, and ensuring the project is run in accordance with the work schedule. Luis will liaise with architects, engineers, and planning officers on your behalf ensuring continuity and management of the whole project.

KARLEEN EVANS

Karleen joined LGBD in 2003 as Design & Project manager. Her area of expertise is designing and sourcing kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, and bespoke joinery, creating floor plans, elevations, and 3D renders. She also manages all financial aspects and reports.
