Complete management of the project supplying all materials and labour. We manage the sourcing and schedules to ensure the project runs from start to finish successfully

• Our extensive trade list has been built up over many years and any sub-contractors who work with us are fully qualified in their chosen field

• We will communicate with any other contractors working on your behalf to ensure the smooth running of the project

• For larger projects, we will draw up an expected work schedule and will consult with you on a weekly basis of any changes

• We endeavour to be as detailed as possible with our quotations so as to avoid any surprises. As with all building work there can be unforeseen extras. We do not carry out any extra work that will result in a charge without your full knowledge and permission

• For your peace of mind we provide you with Plain English Contracts

• We can recommend architects and structural engineers who we have a very good working relationship with or are happy to work with the architect of your choice
